Shipping Policy
We ship your wristwatch for free, worldwide and fast. It will take 3 – 15 days depends on your shipping country. We ship from switzerland so it is possible, that you have to pay some country specific taxes.

General Terms of use
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively. These are also binding without special reference for the entire current and future business of all customers with this site. The prices are non-binding and are quoted in the respective currency and with VAT for end customers. The delivered products remain the property of the sender until he has received the purchase price in full and in accordance with the contract. We choose the shipping method. If the buyer requests deviant, he bears the additional costs. With the dispatch or the collection of the products the danger transfers to the customer.
Complaints must be reported within 8 days after receipt of the goods. In case of warranty we choose:
– to provide replacement against return of the rejected goods,
– refund the purchase price
– or, while maintaining the contract of sale, to pay the lower value of the goods.
In the case of late notification, any warranty and any other claim of the customer expire, unless the damage or defect was not recognizable in the required entrance examination. We are liable only for direct damage and only if the customer proves that it was caused by gross negligence. The liability is limited to the price of the respective delivery / service. The delivery times specified by us are not binding. Cases of force majeure, internal breakdowns or payment difficulties of the customer exempt us from any delivery.
The contracting parties agree CHF-5000 Aarau as the place of jurisdiction.
